Innovative Derbyshire-based Cosy Direct is the co-sponsor of Safe and Sound throughout January as part of both organisations’ shared values of promoting safety, health and well-being for children and young people.
Cosy Direct particularly promotes a natural, engaged and active childhood by developing and supplying of sustainable nursery and educational equipment worldwide. The family-owned company set up the Cosy Foundation in 2011 to support grassroots childhood projects both in the UK and in developing countries as well as a range of projects to support teachers and other educators.
Cosy gives more than 10% of profits to the Cosy Foundation to support social causes via charities and voluntary groups. The Foundation has donated £300,000 to support more than 80 community projects in this year alone.
